"Strong yellow bead with good volume on the palate, very fresh and clean, very youthful and fresh; some biscuit and mocha on the palate, very complex, demonstrating a fine bead; finely rich and with impressive length . . . [one might] call this structure gothic, for so clear is the delineation, yet with delicate hibiscus-tinged length along the finish. Impressive Champagne."
