"From young vines in Les Treux that were planted in 2001 and typically produce about two barrels or 600 bottles annually; 20% whole cluster. This too is firmly reduced and aromatically unreadable today. Once again there is excellent volume to the exceptionally rich and beautifully concentrated flavors that possess first-rate power and punch while exhibiting strikingly good persistence on the impressively deep and balanced finish. This overtly robust and muscular effort is clearly built-to-age and is going to need at least a decade's worth. This too is excellent."
