"Forget comparing this to a Premier Cru; the 2010 Meursault Les Tillets from Jean-Marc Roulot comfortably sits in Grand Cru territory. It conveys brilliant tension on the nose, sporting a very judicious reduction and hints of candied orange peel and crushed rocks intermingling much like a Perrières. The palate is underpinned by a superb line of acidity. A pristine Les Tillets blessed with a crystalline finish. Maybe à point, but it will deliver for many years. Tasted at a private dinner in Beaune."
