"Picked on 23rd August, 13.0% alcohol, 4.10TA and 3.16pH. Fresh pale colour, made just from the old vines in the lower part, as the upper plot is being replanted. This definitely has the concentrated, chiselled aspect of classic Roulot, tightly knit, with very pure white fruit and excellent persistence. Tasted: 10/1/2021."
