"Brownish-tawny colour in the glass with a hint of green. Very intense and layered on the nose with notes of cinnamon, roasted coffee, marzipan and treacle. The palate has a rich viscosity and matched intensity from the nose. The flavour profile follows from the nose but there is more of a dried-citrus and cherry tone, pushing through to match the spice. Succulent yet fine with mouth-watering acidity. Very long and very fine."
