"The 2013 Pinot Noir Garys' Vineyard is quite open and expressive. Dark plum, pomegranate, blood orange and exotic spices open up in a dense, voluptuous Pinot to drink over the next few years, once the tannins settle down a bit. The silky, textured finish is incredibly inviting, but the best is still to come. The high acidity of the vintage is quite apparent at this stage. The inclusion of around 10% whole clusters works nicely here."
