"Light yellow-green color, with silver highlights. Fine yellow gooseberry notes with fine hints of cassis, a touch of orange, and subtle floral nuances. Complex, taut, white fruit, with fine apple notes, a lemony touch, and a saline finish; good persistency, a salty finish, and certain ageing potential."
