"1994 was a stunner for California Cabernets, and this wine is no exception. The growing season was long, with a mid-to-late October harvest. I prefer the Estate to the Old Vine Reserve right now - it's softer and more developed, and not only has a tantalizing, perfumed nose of cedar, mint and cassis, but it also has a lush, fruity charm with a deep, powerful structure and a finish that goes on and on."

The fourth-largest wine producer in the world, led by California. American fine wine is defined by ripe, expressive fruit and a spirit of innovation, with Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon among the most sought-after wines globally.
The world's most planted premium red grape, yielding deeply colored, tannic and structured wines with cassis, cedar and graphite notes. Firm tannins and acidity make it exceptionally age-worthy, whether as a varietal or the backbone of a Bordeaux blend.
