"Deep straw-yellow. Ripe pineapple dominates the nose. Supple and tactile but surprisingly fresh, with strong acidity and pronounced minerality giving the wine a classically dry impression. Dense and stony sauvignon blanc. (My look at the 2010 in tank suggests an equally bracing wine that trades a bit of minerality for pungent grapefruit and floral lift.)"
