Bricked completely through. A fully mature nose redolent of heavy sous bois and Asian spices is nuanced by traces of game, truffle and a subtle vegetal quality leads to rich, full and generous flavors that coat the mouth with dry extract, particularly on the velvety and utterly delicious finish. This is perhaps a touch less elegant than it usually is as the overall impression is distinctly animale in character, which while interesting, is not RC's stock in trade. Drink or hold.
