"Two-thirds from Butteaux and the rest from Montmains proper. Stylistically like the Mont de Milieu as the oak, while present, is much more discreet and serves rather as a backdrop for the elegant and stunningly pure green apple and oyster shell aromas, leading to ripe, very crisp, wonderfully detailed flavors of considerable depth and first rate length. This is really a beautiful effort in an understated, almost discreet style and if this can add more precision in the bottle, my score will be conservative."
