"The 'La SĂšve du Clos' bottling is the oldest vine cuvĂ©e in the Ente lineup, as this comes from one hundred year-old vine in âEn lâOrmeauâ. These venerable old vines produced the headiest Meursault in Monsieur Enteâs portfolio this year, as the wine finished at 13.4%, and yet it shows absolutely no signs of any of the potential pitfalls of a ripe wine. The bouquet is simply brilliant, as it offers up a magically complex mĂ©lange of lemon, pear, tangerine, great minerality, almonds, iodine, spring flowers and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full, very racy and very, very long, with stunning depth, great focus and cut and a stunningly complex finish."
