"The 2020 Puligny-Montrachet Les Caillerets 1er Cru comes from an exchange of must. This has a well-defined bouquet with hints of white chocolate and grilled walnut, very focused and tensile, a light sea spray aromas emerging with time in the glass. The palate is well-defined with a crisp line of acidity, taut and very fresh with one of Pernot’s most malic finishes. Great persistence here, this lingers in the mouth like a Caillerets should. Superb."
