Your confirmed wines collect in Your event purchases. See how many people are watching, and celebrate purchases with masked usernames. You can hide the purchase activity at any time.
One invoice after the event
After the host closes the event, your purchases are combined into one retail invoice and charged to your selected payment method. The order uses your saved shipping preference. Your results email links to Ship Orders, where you can arrange shipping or pickup.
A few things to know
Is this an auction?
No bidding. Each featured wine has a displayed price and a limited quantity. The host may drop the price during the event to make a deal happen, with the new price announced live. Purchases already confirmed keep their original price.
What if I lose my connection?
Confirmed purchases stay saved. Rejoin and check Your event purchases. If a purchase result is uncertain, use Retry unconfirmed purchase; the same request cannot buy twice.
Can I remove a purchase?
Pressing the Buy button is a purchase commitment, not an ordinary cart. Contact Client Services if you need help.
How do I arrange shipping?
After payment, open Ship Orders from your account or the link in your results email. Your saved shipping preference is applied to the order.
